All products are handmade thus they take time to make. We ask for up to 3-5 business days to make each piece. Of course, the time is usually much shorter but this accounts for any delays.
We have to hand make each and every bolo tie. It takes a lot of work and effort in our small workshop. Sometimes I get 10-15 orders per day. We have to make each and every one of these by hand with a great deal of precision. Please be patient as I will make sure you receive an impeccable art work.
To Our International Customers: Please note that if you are ordering from outside of the US/UK/Canada - there may be duty fees associated with your order which vary based on the region you are ordering from. Fedex will collect this from you when they deliver or this can be paid to Fedex online. This is not our charge but Fedex's.*

You are able to return within 7 days. Please note buyer is to pay for return shipping.
Please make sure to read product descriptions, dimensions and shipping policies carefully before completing your purchase.

We accept cancellations only if your bolo tie has not started production.
Please contact me first via our contact us page to find out if it has started or finished production.

If there is any damage upon receipt of your tie - contact me immediately within 24 hours of receiving your art work.
